Surgery Cancelled

The surgery I wrote about yesterday has been cancelled and after he had been prepped as well. It will now take place on Thursday. Please continue to send out good thoughts for Rick and all his family. Thank you.

Good Thoughts Very Much Needed

Can I ask those of you who believe to say a prayer. Those of you who have no particular faith, would you please send out some good thoughts and wishes. Dean's father goes into hospital this afternoon, for major heart surgery tomorrow and it IS major as they have found complications.

Dean and his family are, naturally, very worried. Thank you all.

This lady, who resides on Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, normally reports on hurricanes as they waft by her outpost in the eastern Caribbean. Dearmissmermaid had to be rushed to hospital a few days ago, and is none too pleased to be there. Please call by to help her keep her spirits high.

Please Give Some Comfort

Would you please call around at our friend Sugar. She lost her beloved fur baby Angel. Angel turned fifteen only a few days ago. Sugar is heartbroken as you can imagine. Our pets are part of our family. I know she would value your kindness at this time. Thank you

On the subject of people with MS, I would also like to ask people to visit Morton's blog Caring-n-Sharing. Mort has been reviewed for his cardiac problems and the news isn't good. This is not (yet) on his blog, but I take the liberty to flag him up on account of his Facebook posting. Hope you don't mind, Mort.
